The evaluation tab provides a detailed breakdown of a candidate's performance and potential test violations. Here's a breakdown of the three key statuses you'll encounter:
Completed: This status indicates the candidate has finished the test.
In-progress: This status indicates the candidate is taking the test at that moment.
Pending: This status indicates the candidate has yet to take the test.
The other things contained within the Additional Information section are:
Score: This reflects the candidate's overall performance on the test, typically a percentage or numerical value.
Expected Solve Time: This represents the estimated time a qualified candidate should take to complete the test.
Time Taken: This shows the actual time the candidate spent taking the test.
Trust Score: As mentioned below, Ovii monitors the candidate's environment during testing through camera, microphone, and screen monitoring. A Trust Score is generated based on this data, ranging from 0 (low trust) to 100 (high trust). A lower score indicates a higher likelihood of cheating.
Beside the Additional Information section, you will find the Evaluation section which consists of three options in a check-box style selection. These three options are:
Shortlisted: This designation signifies that the candidate's performance impressed you and merits further consideration in your hiring process. They've demonstrated strong potential and align well with your requirements.
Hold: This status indicates promise in the candidate, but they might not be the most ideal fit for the current opening. However, their skills and qualifications are worth keeping in mind for future opportunities. You can choose to hold them in your talent pool for later review.
Reject: This designation is used when a candidate's performance falls below your established benchmarks or doesn't align with your hiring needs.
"There is also the complete video of the candidate taking the test."
Score By Skill: This provides you with a score with respect to the skill that you have selected when creating the test.
Trust Score: As users take tests, Ovii monitors their environment in real time to see if they are cheating. It gains access to their camera, mic and the screen they are looking at, very similar to how a human would monitor them. At the end of the test, the algorithm calculates a trust score based on all the evidence gathered. This trust score depends on a variety of factors, like the type of violation, its frequency and duration. The Trust Score is a number between 0 and 100, and the lower it is, the more likely we think the student cheated on the test.
