To initiate the matching process, fill in the two mandatory fields:
Job Description (JD): Enter a detailed description of the position, ensuring it’s at least 50 characters. A comprehensive JD will optimize the matching algorithm.
Candidate Resume: Upload the candidate’s resume in text format ensuring it’s at least 50 characters. Supplying the resume in text format allows Ovii’s system to accurately assess the candidate’s qualifications against the job description.
Upon clicking Continue, Ovii will expertly matches the resume with the job requirements and a slider will appear giving clear insight into how well the candidate aligns with the role.
Understanding Job Description Summaries
This section explains the different fields you might encounter in the page. These summaries provide a quick overview of how well a candidate's qualifications match the requirements of the position.
Typical Fields:
Experience: This section details the specific skills and experience required for the role. It might break down desired competencies like research, data analysis, or project management.
Collaboration: This field assesses the candidate's ability to work effectively within teams, often across different departments.
Education: This section may highlight the required level of education (e.g., Bachelor's degree) for the position.
Keywords: Ovii will highlight keywords from the candidate's resume that match the specific requirements listed in the job description.
Match Scores: Ovii generate scores indicating how well a candidate's profile aligns with the desired skills and experience.
Recommendations: Based on the analysis, Ovii will recommend further review of a promising candidate or suggest rejection for someone who doesn't meet the criteria.
By understanding these fields, you can effectively utilize job description summaries to make informed decisions during the applicant screening process.
Leveraging the insights from the resume match and your own judgment, you can proceed to build a video interview for the candidate.
