Adding Questions to Skill Assessments

Note: You cannot add questions to an assessment that already has candidates. Please add questions before you add candidates. Follow page to add a new position.
1. Identifying the Open Position:
Within the Ovii Home page, navigate to the Positions section.
You can either browse the list displayed on the Positions tab or directly select a specific position listing.
To create a new position for hiring purposes, kindly refer to the guide available on the page.
Typically the Question tab will be open, if not click on that section as shown in the image below, under the Skill assessment tab
Click on the Add Questions button to add new questions. This will open the Add Questions page.
Adding Questions
Skill-Based Question Search
The highlighted tab allows you to efficiently find questions for your Ovii Skill assessments. You have two search methods:
Search bar: Enter the specific skill name you want to add questions for in the search bar. This offers a targeted approach to finding relevant questions.
Browse by Category: Click on different skill categories displayed on the page. Once you select a category, you can choose questions from individual skills within that category.
Ovii offers a streamlined process for managing questions.
Users can add new questions by clicking on the Add button and remove unwanted questions from the list by clicking the Remove button.
Additionally, each question displays an Expected Solve Time for better time management.
Navigation is facilitated through scrolling or dedicated Next and Previous buttons.
Filter on the top right corner enables users to view questions based on difficulty levels.
Viewing details about the question
Click the question to access detailed information as shown below.
These details will include things like the expected answers, given choices and explanations etc.
You can click on the Back button to save the changes.
The selected questions will be displayed in the Position Details under the Questions shown below.
